Types of Earthing Products
Copper bonded Earth rods :
Earth Rods is useful for installing a low earth resistance with cost effective solution. It has a low carbon, high tensile strength, steel core and pure copper is applied electrolytically and helps to establish metallurgical bond between the steel core and the copper. The threads are formed by a rolling process which ensures strength and maintains the molecularly bonded copper covering along the full length of the threads. Rolled threads are stronger than cut- threads.
Solid Copper Earth Roads :
Solid Copper Earthing Rods are made for solid copper bar and are internally threaded for joining. These Solid Copper Earthing Rods are used where high corrosion resistance is there for long life required.
Stainless steel Earth rods:
Stainless Steel Earth Rod are made from Stainless Steel Bar and are internally threaded for jointing. They are highly resistant to corrosion.
Threaded Couplings :
Our high-strength couplings are used for joining earth rods together. They facilitate deep driving and ensure continual contact between the rods both during and after installation. The coupling also protects the earth rod threads during installation with the driving head. Our couplings are manufactured from a high copper content alloy ensuring excellent corrosion resistance.
External Threaded Driving head :
These Steel Threaded Driving Head protect Internal Thread of Copper Earth rod from Damage when it is driven into the ground.
Internal Threaded Driving head :
These driving head protects the internal thread and the top of the copper earth rod from damage when being driven into the ground.
Driving Spikes :
These Steel Driving Spikes are used to drive Copper Earth Rod easily into the Ground.
Coupling Dowels :
These Coupling Dowels are used to join copper earth rod together.
EARTH ROD TO CABLE CLAMP (TYPE G) :-
Earth Rod to Cable Clamp are used to connect rods with different size of Copper Conductor.
EARTH ROD TO TAPE CLAMP (TYPE A) : -
These Rod to Tape Clamp are used to joining Earth Rods with different sizes of Copper Tapes. These Clamp is made from Copper Alloy and it is mechanically Strong.
ROD TO CABLE CLAMP (TYPE O) :
These Clamps are used for joining earth rods to different sizes of Copper Conductor. These O type Clamp are made from Brass.
U BOLT ROD TO TAPE CLAMP (TYPE E) : -
These U Bolt Clamps are used to connect Flat Copper Tapes to Earth Rods. These U Bolt is also used to connect tapes in horizontal and vertical position on the rod. These Clamps is made from Copper Alloy with Solid Copper U-bolt.
COPPER BONDED EARTH PLATE :
Earthing Plates are used as a part of Earthing Network. They Provide Lost lasting solution where Earth Rods are unsuitable. Earthing Plates are made of Solid Copper or MS Copper Bonded.
SOLID COPPER LATTICE MATES :
Solid Copper Lattice Mates are used where step potential could cause problem. These are most economical option to installing Solid Copper Earth Plate. These is made of Copper Tapes.
EARTH BONDING POINTS :
Earth Bonding Point are used to provide a convenient earth system connection point in concrete structures. When cast into concrete they connect to Earthing or Lightning Protection Systems. These Bonding Point are made from Copper Alloy.
TOWER EARTH CLAMPS :
These Tower Earth Clamps are used to bonding Copper Cable or Wire to Steel Structures. These are Made of Copper Alloy with Brass or Stainless-Steel Bolts and Nuts.
EARTH BOSS :-
These Earth Boss is designed to Provide an earth point on steel structure. These Earth Boss are made of Mild Steel with Stainless Steel Stud, Nuts and Washer.

Trucks etc. These Eye Bolt is made from Copper Alloy.
SPLIT BOLT CONNECTORS : -
These High Strength Split Bolt Connector will accept a wide range of Stranded or Solid Circular Conductor. These Split Bolt are made of High Strength Copper Alloy.
COPPER 'C' CRIMP CONNECTORS :
These Copper 'C' Crimp Connectors are specifically designed for tap and parallel connection of stranded copper cable in earthing application. These connectors are made of Pure Copper.
FLEXIBLE COPPER BRAID BONDS :
These Flexible Copper Braid Bonds are used for bonding metal gates etc.
