Types of Lightning Protection Products

TAPER POINTED AIR ROD : -

Taper Pointed Air Rod is a part of Air Termination Network of a Lightning Protection System. All of Air Rods are supplied with Nuts enabling the rod to locked tight against the conductor. These Taper Pointed Air Rods are Made of Pure Copper and Aluminium.

MULTI-POINT : -

Multiple Point is used in Conjunction with the Taper Pointed Air Rods.

AIR TERMINAL BASE (LIGHT DUTY AIR ROD SADDLES) : -

These Air Rod Base are used to support Air Rods on Flat roof surfaces. Air Rod Base are made from Copper Alloy and Aluminium.

AIR ROD RIDGE SADDLES :

These Ridge Saddles are used to support air rods on roof ridges.

AIR ROD BRACKETS :

These Air Rod Brackets are used in conjunction with the rod to tape coupling used to secure the flat tape to air rod. These Air Rod Brackets are made from Copper Alloy and Aluminium. 

ROD TO TAPE COUPLINGS : -

These Rod to Tape Couplings enables the flat tapes to be connected to the air rod. These are also used in conjunction with the side mounting air rod brackets. These are made from Copper Alloy and Aluminium.

D.C. TAPE CLIPS :

D.C.Tape Clip secure the flat tape conductor to the building surface. These D.C.Clip are made from Copper Alloy and Aluminium.

TAPE CLIPS :

Copper Tape Clips hold the flat conductor to building surface. These Copper Tape Clip are made from Pure Copper.

SQUARE TAPE CLAMPS : -

Square Tape Clamps are suitable for making Cross, Straight Through and Tee Joints in Flat Tape. The base has a countersunk hole in the middle for securing the clamp to the building surface and the lid is fixed by means of four screws. These Square Tape Clamp are made from Copper Alloy and Aluminium.

OBLONG TEST CLAMPS :

These Oblong Test Clamp is used to join a range of tape sizes in straight through position. These clamps is also used to allow the conductor to be overlapped by two set screw. These Clamps is made from Copper Alloy and Aluminium.

PLATE TYPE TEST CLAMPS : -

These Plate Type Test Clamp is used to form a disconnecting joint between the down conductor and earthing system. These are made from Copper Alloy and Aluminium.

SCREW DOWN TEST CLAMP : -

Screw Down Test Clamp is used to join copper tapes where frequent inspection and testing is necessary of Earthing and Lightning Protection System. Screw Down Test Clamp is made from Copper Alloy.

'B' BONDS : -

These ‘B’ Bond is used for bonding Aluminium and Copper Tapes to Flat surfaces. These ‘B’ Bonds is made from Copper Alloy and Aluminium.

WATERMAIN PIPE BOND :-

Watermain Pipe Bond is used to bond large diameter pipes into Earthing and Lightning Protection Systems. These is made from Copper Alloy.

RAINWATER PIPE BOND :

Rainwater Pipe Bond can be used on any application where tape can be wrapped around circular objects likes pipes etc. These are made from Copper Alloy and Aluminium.

HEAVY DUTY CAST CABLE SADDLE : -

These Heavy-Duty Cable Saddle secure the solid circular conductor to building surface. These Saddles is made from Copper Alloy.

SOLID CIRCULAR TO TAPE CONNECTORS : -

These Solid Circular to Tape Connector is suitable for crossing over flat tape and solid circular conductor. It will also serve for making straight through joints and tee connections.

TOWER EARTH CLAMPS (SINGLE-PLATE) :-

These single-plate tower earth clamps are used for bonding copper and aluminium conductors onto steel surfaces. The clamp is fixed by drilling a hole in the steelwork and securing with the set screw provided.

AIR ROD CABLE SADDLES : -

These Air Rod Cable Saddles are used to support air rods on flat surfaces. These Air Rod Cable Saddle are made from Copper Alloy.

METALLIC CABLE CLIPS : -

Metallic cable clips secure the stranded copper conductor to the building surface.

SQUARE CABLE CLAMPS :

These Square Cable Clamps are suitable for making Cross, Straight Through and Tee Joints in Copper Conductor. These Clamps is made from Copper Alloy. 

TOWER EARTH CLAMPS(DOUBLE-PLATE) :

These Tower Earth Clamps (Double-Plate) are used to bonding Copper Cable or Wire to Steel Structures. These are Made of Copper Alloy with Brass or Stainless-Steel Bolts and Nuts.

CABLE TO TAPE CONNECTORS :

These Cable to Tape Connector is suitable for crossing over flat tape and solid circular conductor. It will used for making straight through joints and tee connections. These are made from high grade Copper Alloy.

STRIKE PADS :

Strike Pad is used where it is not possible to install conductor on the roof or side of building. These strike pads are made from Copper Alloy and Aluminium.
